Always made with love by hand in Nicole Lenora's home kitchen through a proprietary 3-day process that coaxes the flavor of the ingredients to its peak. Unlike many, we also made our own sourdough starter and feed is lovingly daily making sure that your bread is getting the best fermentation action it can (which makes the best bread!)

Please note that for freshness and quality, we only bake once an order is placed. Occasionally we will do bread drops on social media where we do a mass bake and orders will be first-come, first-served.
